The staff were friendly and attentive plus ample parking is available. Breakfast options were decent with good variety. The location is prime, easily accessible to shopping and restaurants.

The restaurant prices were a letdown with meals being overly expensive. Cleanliness could improve as there were hints of wear-and-tear throughout the property.

I had a terrible experience with the hotel's service. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was unfriendly and dismissive. Even after removing the 'do not disturb' sign, our room was never cleaned during our two-night stay, leaving us with wet towels.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the nearby Carrefour Laval for shopping and meals. The hotel staff were friendly and the kids loved the spacious queen room. The outdoor patio was a great spot for family gatherings after a busy day exploring local attractions.

My children wanted a quieter atmosphere to sleep.

The lounge had an amazing selection of snacks and drinks and the espresso machine made some kickass coffee. I especially appreciated the staff who were super friendly and always ready to help, it's like they genuinely wanted me to have a good time.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the cozy atmosphere in the restaurant and the comfortable beds in my room. The indoor pool and spa lounge were fantastic for unwinding after a long day. My only issue was the noise from the hallway during a wedding party which made it hard to sleep at times, but overall, I had a great experience! 😊

Spent 3 nights in the Junior King Suite. The room had comfy air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. Loved the fitness center and relaxing hot tub. Staff went above and beyond, heating our leftovers and lending us plates. Great atmosphere and easy access to the indoor pool made it a fun stay.
